Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luminary's services, Discord bots, or any related applications (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Description of Services

Luminary provides the following services:

• Luminary Tracker: A Discord bot for tracking CS2 XP, Premier Elo, Steam statistics, Valorant matches, and related gaming metrics
• Steam Hour Booster: A service for boosting Steam game hours through Discord (invite-only)
• CS2 External: Premium CS2 enhancement tools with various features (invite-only)
• Community Services: Discord server, forum, and support channels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any linked gaming accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when using our Services
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in any form of abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) except as explicitly permitted by our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our bots or tools
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services without permission
• Use our Services for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practices
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Violate Steam's Subscriber Agreement or any other gaming platform's terms

Invite-Only Services

Certain premium services (Steam Hour Booster, CS2 External) are invite-only and subject to additional terms:

• Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time
• Invitations are non-transferable and personal to you
• Payment may be required for certain premium features
• Sharing access credentials or services with others is strictly prohibited
• Additional rules and restrictions may apply to specific features

Third-Party Services and Risks

Platform Integration

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Discord, Steam, Valorant, Faceit, and Leetify. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

Game Modifications and Account Risk

Important Notice: The use of certain features, particularly CS2 External and hour boosting services, may violate the terms of service of game platforms such as Steam and Counter-Strike 2. By using these features, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Your gaming accounts may be subject to bans, suspensions, or other penalties
• You may lose access to games, items, or progress
• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our Services
• You use these features entirely at your own risk
• We do not guarantee the safety or undetectability of any features

Payment and Refunds

Pricing

Some Services may require payment. Prices are subject to change at any time. We will provide notice of price changes for active subscriptions.

Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Service unavailability for extended periods
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other circumstances deemed appropriate by our team

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, are the exclusive property of Luminary and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Our trademarks and service marks may not be used without prior written consent
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• That our Services will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Luminary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by third-party platforms
• We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luminary and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any penalties or actions taken by gaming platforms against your account

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Announcing changes in our Discord server (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
